Project Coordinator/ Senior Project Coordinator

Ampflo is a leading electrical nd telecommunication design consultancy delivering a vast array of projects across Queensland.

We're looking for an experienced, confident and highly capable Project Coordinator to join our growing team. For the right candidate, we would also consider a Senior Project Coordinator position.

We're looking for someone with strong customer and stakeholder management skills who can confidently manage competing priorities, build relationships and keep projects moving.

We value maturity, sound judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently and professionally, and is comfortable working through challenges to achieve the right outcome.

What Success Looks Like

You'll be responsible for coordinating a large volume of projects at various stages of delivery and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.

In this role, success means:

• Keeping 75+ projects moving simultaneously

• Being the primary point of contact for clients

• Managing authority applications, submissions and approvals

• Following up proactively to keep projects on track

• Managing competing priorities calmly and professionally

• Building strong relationships with developers, councils, authorities, consultants and contractors

• Identifying issues early and finding practical solutions

• Taking ownership of issues and driving them through to resolution

• Supporting project invoicing and project administration

• Providing regular, clear and professional updates to clients and internal stakeholders

• Ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are delivered

Experience

We are more interested in your ability to manage customers, projects and competing priorities than deep technical industry knowledge.

Experience in project coordination, client service, construction, development, engineering, infrastructure or professional services environments will be highly regarded.

Experience working with Energy Queensland, Powerlink, local councils, TMR or other approval authorities is advantageous but not essential. We can train you in the technical and industry-specific aspects of the role.
