Project Delivery Manager - Facade

Position Title: Project Delivery Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 USD inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus quarterly KPI-based bonus Benefits: Joining ticket, visa, work permit, medical insurance, annual leave and relocation support (temporary accommodation for 3–6 months for residency formalities) Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia About the Hiring Company: A leading international façade engineering and manufacturing company specializing in unitized curtain wall systems, aluminium façades, glazing, and complete building envelope solutions in Armenia. Job Description: • Lead the complete delivery of large-scale unitized façade projects from engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation through project handover. • Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, BIM, production, procurement, logistics, and site operations while ensuring delivery on time and within budget. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial success. • Oversee project quality, risk management, installation methodology, safety compliance, and performance across the full project lifecycle

Qualifications: • Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 7 years managing large-scale unitized curtain wall / modular façade projects, with a total of 150,000 m² or more of unitized façade systems throughout career. • Strong knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, aluminium and glazing systems. • Preferably a Russian speaker with fluent English and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
