Project Engineer/Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead capital and engineering projects at our Spruance manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing projects from initiation through startup, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. This is an individual contributor role that offers significant ownership and visibility. You'll work closely with operations, engineering, EHS, procurement, and external partners to deliver projects that improve our facility and support future growth.
