We are looking for a highly motivated and committed Project Lawyer to handle projects, ensuring all legal documentation, transactions, and regulatory requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Remuneration: up to RM 5,000 + performance incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice, services, and documents for project matters (e.g., Sale and Purchase Agreements, Deeds of Mutual Covenant, and Loan documentation).
- Liaise with developers, purchasers, banks, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of all legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal opinions where necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project progress.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in conveyancing (freshly admitted lawyers with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
