Project Manager 2
ROLE PURPOSE
The Project Manager 2 coordinates design, artwork and production jobs from brief through delivery.
The role is the operational link between clients, project stakeholders and the studio team to keep work
clear, planned and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receive briefs, check feasibility and clarify missing information.
2. Create and maintain project schedules, trackers and priorities.
3. Coordinate internal production, design, artwork and QC teams.
4. Act as day-to-day operational contact for clients and stakeholders.
5. Escalate risks, delays and changes early with clear solutions.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, account coordination or production
coordination.
• Experience in design, print, packaging, publishing or production environments.
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking basics.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
• Experience with design, artwork or packaging workflows.
• Experience using workflow or project management systems.
• Data analysis, reporting or continuous improvement exposure.
