2) Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.

3) Highly accountable and responsible. Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.

4) Exceptional presentation skills, for collaborating across many participating teams.

5) Must be able to grasp issues and risks quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information.
