Project Manager

• Plan, manage, and execute metal fabrication and cladding projects from initiation to final handover. • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and monitor progress against project milestones. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. • Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams. • Monitor fabrication, material procurement, logistics, and site installation activities to ensure timely project execution. • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. • Manage project costs, variations, claims, and change orders while maintaining profitability. • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.

• 5–10 years of UAE experience in metal fabrication / cladding projects • Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion • Strong knowledge of project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination • Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and client requirements • Ability to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
