Project Manager Americas

You lead complex digital asset and blockchain projects across the Americas, coordinating delivery across clients and teams in multiple time zones. You define scope and deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, communicate progress to executives and clients, and work with engineering, product, and customer success to implement enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and customer success
• Coordinate delivery across multiple time zones in the Americas
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to executives and clients
• Use technical knowledge to support project implementation
• Monitor trends and technologies in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprise experience
• Technical knowledge of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions
• Complex project management experience
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Blockchain or digital assets experience
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Leadership without direct authority
• Knowledge of banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure
