About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our creative team and coordinate design projects from concept to delivery. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and people management abilities. You’ll work closely with designers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Act as a bridge between clients, designers, and internal teams
● Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
● Track project progress and ensure milestones are met
● Schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare reports
● Ensure clarity of requirements and expectations with designers
● Handle client communication with professionalism and promptness
● Coordinate feedback loops and ensure revisions are delivered on time
● Support the team in resource planning and task allocation
Key Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in any management discipline
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
● Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
● Ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure calmly
● Basic understanding of design processes is a plus (not mandatory)
● Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, or Notion is an advantage
● Team player with strong interpersonal skills
