Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively and optimize team performance.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
  • Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
