We are now establishing a Business Unit in Vietnam to support our growing activities in the region and are looking for a:

Project Manager / Quản lý dự án

Job Responsibilities:

•Plan, coordinate and oversee industrial installation projects (raw materials handling brewhouses, mash filtration.) in Vietnam.
•Provide on-site technical support for our equipment (MEURA 2001 mash filter, raw material handlings, brewhouses).
•Deal with local subcontractors for installation, maintenance and revamping works.
•Act as the primary technical contact for clients. Conduct site visits, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.
•Support the development of spare parts sales and after-sales services.

🎓Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food Processing, Brewery, or related fields).
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, engineering or production, preferably in the brewery industry.
•Experience with industrial equipment installation, maintenance, and project execution is a strong plus.
•Knowledge of brewing processes and equipment (braw materials handling and brewhouses) is highly recommended.
•Familiar with project management, mechanical design, piping, and process engineering.
•Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability, motivated and willing to travel regularly within Vietnam.
•Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
•Commercial sensitivity / Business development mindset: ability to identify new opportunities, understand client needs, and contribute to the growth of the BU.
•English: professional working proficiency.
•Vietnamese: native

Workplace: Da Nang or HCMC, Vietnam

Yêu cầu ứng viên:
•Bằng Cử nhân Kỹ thuật (Cơ khí, Hóa học, Chế biến thực phẩm, Sản xuất bia hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan).
•Có ít nhất 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý dự án, kỹ thuật hoặc sản xuất, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất bia.
•Có kinh nghiệm về lắp đặt, bảo trì thiết bị công nghiệp và triển khai dự án là một lợi thế lớn.
•Nắm vững quy trình và thiết bị sản xuất bia (xử lý nguyên liệu và nhà máy nấu bia) là một lợi thế lớn.
•Quen thuộc với quản lý dự án, thiết kế cơ khí, hệ thống đường ống và kỹ thuật quy trình.
•Có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng thực thi cao, năng động và sẵn sàng đi công tác thường xuyên trong phạm vi Việt Nam.
•Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt: khả năng xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng, nhà thầu phụ và đồng nghiệp.
•Có nhạy bén về thương mại / Tư duy phát triển kinh doanh: khả năng nhận diện cơ hội mới, thấu hiểu nhu cầu khách hàng và đóng góp vào sự phát triển của đơn vị kinh doanh.
•Tiếng Anh: thành thạo ở mức chuyên nghiệp.
•Tiếng Việt: tiếng mẹ đẻ

Trách nhiệm công việc:

•Lập kế hoạch, điều phối và giám sát các dự án lắp đặt công nghiệp (hệ thống xử lý nguyên liệu thô, nhà máy sản xuất bia, hệ thống lọc bột mạch nha) tại Việt Nam.
•Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật tại hiện trường cho các thiết bị của công ty (bộ lọc bột mạch nha MEURA 2001, hệ thống xử lý nguyên liệu thô, nhà máy sản xuất bia).
•Làm việc với các nhà thầu phụ địa phương về các công việc lắp đặt, bảo trì và nâng cấp.
•Làm đầu mối kỹ thuật chính cho khách hàng. Thực hiện các chuyến thăm hiện trường, đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng và xác định các cơ hội kinh doanh mới.
•Hỗ trợ phát triển hoạt động bán phụ tùng thay thế và dịch vụ hậu mãi.
