Salary: SGD 12,000 – SGD 16,000 (Highly Negotiable)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A leading A1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major building developments in Singapore. This is a project leadership opportunity with responsibility for programme, cost, quality, safety and overall construction performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead building projects from planning and construction through completion.
• Manage programme, resources, cost, quality and overall project performance.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, Construction Managers and project teams.
• Monitor project risks, progress, procurement and key delivery milestones.
• Provide project updates and performance reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, quality and safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale building construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor preferred.
• Hospitality, Institutional, Commercial or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous.
• Strong construction, leadership, planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
