Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing the construction of buildings and civil work.

He/She is supported by project coordinator and his/her team collaborates with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors to make sure that the construction runs smoothly.

He/She oversees the planning, execution and completion of the construction projects in accordance with relevant building regulations and standards.

He/She schedules the construction timelines, coordinates work between various departments, conducts site meetings, and carry out inspections on the building works.

He/She is fimilar with the MS office and MS project.

Working experence in Condominium/HDB/Private house is an advantage.

Min. 5 years local experience and 10 years construction experience.
