Project Manager
Codebridge is looking for a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Junior Strong Project Manager who will drive the planning and delivery of software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution within scope and timelines for international clients in fintech, healthcare, and e-learning domains across the EU and US markets.
Responsibilities:
Work within the Agile (Scrum) methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development or UI/UX projects
Develop and implement standards for the development and release management process
Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning
Clarify and analyze requirements (requirements documentation, user story, task preparation)
Help product owner with prioritization and managing of backlog
Participating in roadmap development, its execution control
Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of scope
Requirements:
Experience of work as PM/BA not less than 1 year
Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle
Working experience with SCRUM methodology
Technical background is mandatory
Ownership approach and problem-solving skills
Attentiveness to details and analytical thinking
Excellent presentation and communication skills
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
