Project Manager Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and guide construction projects from inception to completion in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. - Oversee all construction activities including supervision of subcontractors and on-site workers. - Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to handle delays or issues. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance requirements. - Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and resolve issues. - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Manage procurement processes and contract negotiations with vendors and contractors.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in large-scale construction projects, buildings & high-rise. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes in Saudi Arabia. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
