Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Team context

User Operations sits within Fever's broader User Support organization. User Operations is the strategic/enablement layer behind the operating User support structure, organized around three areas: AI integration, Systems, and Data.

Within Data, we focus on continuous improvement. We don't just maintain information that's useful and relevant to stakeholders inside and outside the department, we translate that data into concrete initiatives that let us keep questioning and improving how we work.

The role

We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong analytics backbone. This isn't a "build the dashboard and move on", we need someone who can go from constructing the data (dashboards, reporting, automations) to understanding what it actually means for the business, so they can help management make consistently data-driven decisions.

Projects will range from a variety of stakeholders, such as, providing user support with operating actionable metrics, giving partners visibility into how their events are performing or helping on app developments that directly shape the user experience.

What we're looking for

Analytics (70% weight)

  • 2-4 years of experience in data/analytics (analyst, data PM, BI, ops analytics). A relevant Master's or further training in the field is a plus.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar.
  • Scripting/automation experience.

Project management & structure (30% weight)

  • Demonstrated ability to run a project end-to-end.
  • Organized, structured, and comfortable prioritizing your own workload.
  • You default to improving things, not just maintaining them. When you spot something inefficient, you fix it or raise it, you don't leave it for later.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical (central Data team) and non-technical (support ops) stakeholders.
  • Not required today, but a plus: some early signs of enjoying explaining things to others or helping people grow. This role is expected to evolve into managing a team member over time, no prior people-management experience needed.
