Developmental role training as a construction Project Manager and Estimator at a private commercial construction firm. Work under an experienced construction manager on planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimating, submittals, and subcontract administration for commercial building projects.

GPC is seeking an Project Manager / Estimator in Training to work under an experienced construction manager in the planning and delivery of construction projects. They will help ensure that the work is completed on time and within budget. They will organize logistics, delegate work, and keep track of budget. The person will also assist with and learn to estimate costs for projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developmental position for project manager and/or estimator
- Plan review/coordination with designers and Project Manager
- Construction submittal review/coordination
- Schedule creation/management
- Develop preliminary/conceptual budgets.
- Subcontract administration
- Develop take-offs and cost estimates.
- Job Cost Management
- Coordination with onsite project team
