Project Manager (Fire Protection/MNC)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage fire protection projects, including site supervision, cost, manpower and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, authorities and contractors.
• Oversee procurement, technical submissions, inspections and project documentation.
• Monitor site progress, resolve issues and ensure works meet contractual and safety requirements.
• Manage variations, rectification works and project close-out.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
