Project Manager (Fitout Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple fitout projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
Handle risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution on-site.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in managing fitout/interior projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and local regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
Fluent in English & Hindi.
Immediate joiners preferred.
