PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

Leverage your 5 years of expertise in plumbing, sanitary, and minor sewer works to lead and coordinate site projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and safety while driving effective stakeholder collaboration and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed technical submissions and method statements to support project approval and execution
• Ensure all site works strictly comply with PUB and local authority regulations to maintain legal and safety standards
• Coordinate and supervise project activities on site to optimize workflow and meet project milestones
• Collaborate proactively with clients, architects, and main contractors to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Participate in site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and address challenges promptly
• Monitor work progress continuously and enforce quality standards to deliver superior project outcomes
• Implement and enforce workplace safety regulations on all job sites to protect personnel and assets
• Prepare and submit accurate progress claims to facilitate timely project payments
