Job Summary
You will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of drywall partition systems and suspended ceilings, ensuring quality, safety, and coordination with sub-contractors, main contractors, architects and suppliers to drive successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle delivery of drywall partition systems and suspended ceilings to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Plan work sequences, arrange labor, and schedule material deliveries to optimize project workflow
- Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and subcontractors from other trades to ensure seamless project operations
- Collaborate with company's quantity surveyors to prepare monthly payment claims and verify variation orders (VOs) accurately
- Enforce quality standards and safety controls consistently at project sites to maintain compliance and minimize risks
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and support smooth project execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry
- Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good communication skills to facilitate coordination and stakeholder engagement
