Project Manager (M&E)

Job Summary

Manage all aspects of project delivery including contractual, budget, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety. Lead project teams to execute works on schedule while coordinating subcontractors and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure safe site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project contractual obligations, budget adherence, resource allocation, design compliance, procurement processes, construction activities, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead and direct the project team to implement and execute works according to the planned schedule, ensuring timely completion of milestones
• Coordinate and monitor progress of various subcontracting works to maintain alignment with project timelines and quality requirements
• Liaise regularly with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors through meetings to resolve administrative, design, and contractual issues and provide updated project progress reports
• Conduct regular site safety meetings and enforce safe working conditions and environmental control measures to maintain compliance with safety standards
