Job Description: Project Manager (Qatar)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager handling similar or related projects.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
  

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and local regulations in Qatar.
  

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  

• Manage project documentation, change requests, and approvals effectively.
  

• Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  

Preferred:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  

• Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
