Focus
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from planning and procurement through completion and turnover.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
