Project Manager

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in a full-time collaboration format.

In this role, you will:
- manage mobile and PC game development projects;
- communicate with clients, gather requirements, clarify priorities;
- build and maintain project documentation;
- plan sprints, manage deadlines, track progress;
- contribute to roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on business and product goals;
- coordinate the work of developers, designers, artists, QA;
- handle scope changes and negotiate trade-offs with clients and stakeholders;
- provide regular status updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders;
- ensure smooth delivery across development and release cycles;
- oversee release management: upload builds to App Store and Google Play, set up in-app purchases, connect ad networks, prepare store listings (metadata, screenshots, descriptions).
What is important to join us:
- 1,5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer in GameDev;
- gaming experience (PC/Mobile);
- solid understanding of the game development lifecycle (from concept to release and LiveOps);
- experience with both predictive and adaptive methodologies;
- experience collaborating closely with Game Designers and participating in feature planning or game design discussions;
- hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools;
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
- basic understanding of technical processes in game development;
- strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
- upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
It’s great if you additionally have:
- knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven decision making;
- understanding of game KPIs;
- previous experience as a Game Designer or Producer;
- experience identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to product strategy;
- experience with LiveOps / in-game events;
- CAPM, PMP or other PM certifications.
About stages:
1st stage: pre-interview with a recruiter;
2nd stage: interview with Team Lead and People Ops;
3rd stage: english test;
4th stage: offer.
