Project Manager
Job description
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized project manager to lead and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the UAE market.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams (architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers).
This is a full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the UAE market
- Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
- Coordinate with architecture, sales, marketing, design, and other internal stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials and printed collateral
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Track project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management or product management
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage
- Previous experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus
