Project Manager Officer – Media Solutions (VidiNet & BMS)
Vidispine GmbH delivers leading media and broadcast solutions worldwide, including cloud-based media platforms and broadcast management systems.
We are looking for a Project Manager Officer (Team Leader) to lead the successful delivery of strategic customer projects across VidiNet and BMS solutions while managing and developing teams.
This is a client-facing leadership role combining:
- Technical project delivery
- Team leadership
- Operational ownership
- Customer and stakeholder management
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects and programs
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer communication
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings
- Lead requirements gathering and support scope definition and change requests
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
- Own delivery KPIs including forecast accuracy, revenue forecast and realization, utilization, project profitability / PS margin and delivery performance
- Lead and mentor Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers
- Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery processes
What you bring
- Seasoned experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Professional Services leadership
- Experience delivering complex customer-facing technical projects
- Experience managing direct reports (mandatory)
- Background in media, broadcast, MAM, or content management environments
- Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, technical integrations and cloud environments, scope and change management and forecasting and operational KPIs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- PMP certification is a strong plus
