Job Description:

Our client is a well-established company in the e-commerce sector. renowned for providing an exceptional online shopping platform experience. They offer a diverse range of categories, ensuring a comprehensive and satisfying shopping experience for all their customers.

• Support the CEO in business process management, project implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the full life cycle of key projects across business units, including managing and coordinating large-scale projects and programs, breaking down objectives, and tracking outcomes.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing reports for management review.
• Analyze project data to provide recommendations or optimization strategies.
• Draft various required documents and complete additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher; any major is acceptable. Outstanding recent graduates with 1-2 years of PMO experience are considered a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-role, cross-cultural, and cross-team interactions. Capable of independently managing projects with strong control and promotion capabilities.
• High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, goal-oriented execution, and adept problem-solving skills.
• Strong learning ability with a positive and open mindset.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Chinese, English, and Indonesian.
