Project Manager
Salary: Competitive Remuneration
- Initial 4-month contract.
- Australian Citizenship is preferred for this role.
- Immediate or short notice availability is highly regarded.
This role will be responsible for managing the completion of an existing implementation and coordinating the expansion of the case management solution to support an additional complaint’s function. The successful candidate will work across business stakeholders, ICT teams, security teams, and external vendors to ensure the project is delivered successfully through to go live and transition.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing digital transformation or business systems implementation projects.
- Experience delivering CRM, case management, workflow, complaints management, or enterprise systems.
- Strong project governance, planning, reporting, risk, and issue management capabilities.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating multiple delivery streams.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and security teams.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with case management platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise solutions will be highly regarded.
- Experience working in regulatory, complaints, investigations, or customer service environments is desirable.
