Project Manager

Phoenix Games is an innovative technology company building next-generation iGaming and Web3 products for a global audience. We combine AI, blockchain, and cloud technologies to create scalable digital products used by players worldwide.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate product delivery, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do
Lead software development projects from planning through successful delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Design, Product, and Marketing.
Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and milestones.
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project documentation, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
Ensure effective communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
Monitor team capacity and resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvements in project management processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have
Experience in Gaming, FinTech, SaaS, or Web3.
Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
Experience working with remote international teams.
Familiarity with project budgeting and resource planning.
Experience in fast-growing product companies.
