Project Manager / QA Engineer

B2B SaaS platform combining LinkedIn Ads optimization, website visitor identification, and revenue attribution in one decision layer.

Why this role exists

A hybrid role to free up the CTO from coordination overhead and build automated QA from scratch, powered by AI tooling.

What you'll do:

PM (primary):

• Turn requirements into developer-ready tasks/epics in ClickUp
• Run sprint planning & retrospectives, keep the team unblocked
• Own documentation and requirement breakdowns

QA (secondary):

• Build automated testing from scratch: E2E, regression, API
• Triage bugs by root cause (frontend/backend)
• Write test plans, build real regression coverage

Requirements

• 3–5 years total: (1.5+ yrs PM/product management, 1.5+ yrs QA)
• Experience with sprint planning/retrospectives
• Strong self-management across PM and QA
• QA background shifting toward automation
• Working SQL (Postgres/Clickhouse a plus)
• Actively using AI tools in your own workflow
• English B1+

Nice to have:

• B2B SaaS experience
• Martech background (attribution, ad tech, CRM)
• English C1
