Project Manager (Renovation & Interior Design)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in renovation and interior design to oversee residential and/or commercial fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, contractors, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate renovation, refurbishment, or fit-out projects from inception to handover.
  
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
  
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and solutions.
  
• Manage procurement of materials and furnishings in line with design specifications and budgets.
  
• Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  
• Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and local regulations.
  
• Supervise and motivate on-site teams and subcontractors.
  
• Conduct project handovers and manage defect rectifications.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing renovation/interior fit-out projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.
  
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
  
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
