Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management, including budget, quality, safety, and site progress for new residential and commercial developments.
• Ensure ongoing projects meet performance goals and timelines.
• Supervise project teams and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.

Requirements:

• HKIE, CIOB, or equivalent membership preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in building construction, preferably with main contractors.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Project Manager roles.
