Project Manager SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration

In your role as Project Manager Data Migration, you will lead the global rollout of our S/4 HANA template with a strong focus on data coordination and governance. You will be part of a dynamic, international team that is shaping the digital future of Vaillant Group.
- You will drive all data-related activities within the global rollout, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Together with rollout managers, you will coordinate planning and execution of work packages across data preparation, mapping, validation, testing, and migration.
- Your responsibilities will include guiding teams on migration strategy and execution, ensuring quality delivery within budget and schedule.
- By managing stakeholder communication, you will ensure transparent reporting, risk management, and effective steering across all levels.
- You continuously improve our data migration approach and governance, contributing to long-term success.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic IT transformation in a global manufacturing environment.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a master’s degree in management & economics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You have several years of experience managing strategic IT projects, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Know-how and skills: You have a strong knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4 HANA rollouts and understand integrated processes, technical requirements, and data structures.
- Nice to have: Experience in coordinating international teams and working in complex, cross-functional environments is a plus.
- Personality: You are structured, empathetic, and globally minded, with excellent communication and presentation skills across all business levels.
- Language skills: You speak fluent English and are comfortable working in an international setting.
