Project Manager (Senior Consultant)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritized, executable delivery plan
2. Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance
3. Work closely with the stakeholders and Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items
4. Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes
5. Serve as the primary point of contact between the stakeholders and the Scrum team
6. Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across LRIPD and divisions, as well as government agencies and third parties

Essential Skillset:
Scrum Certification

7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment

7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams

Experience delivering government or public sector digital products

Experience in OutSystems-based delivery. Experience in handling legacy tech systems
