Project Manager/Senior Manager

Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, site operations and progress.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project costs, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
Identify and resolve project issues, risks and technical challenges in a timely manner.
Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project progress, costs and key milestones to management.

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in building construction for commercial, industrial or high rise private residential projects, preferably with A1 main contractors.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management and relevant regulations.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
