Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Construction) General Building
- · Lead and manage civiland building construction projects from planning to completion.
- · Oversee projectschedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
- · Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
- · Manage site teams andensure smooth project execution.
- · Monitor project progressand resolve technical/site issues promptly.
- · Conduct project meetingsand prepare progress reports.
- · Ensure compliance withBCA regulations and company standards.
- Job Requirements
- · Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- · Minimum 5–10 years ofrelevant Singapore construction experience.
- · Experience managingbuilding projects with main contractors preferred.
