Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Construction) General Building
- · Plan, coordinate, andoversee all phases of construction projects.
- · Manage project schedules,budgets, and resources effectively.
- · Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- · Monitor site progress andensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- · Identify project risks andimplement appropriate mitigation measures.
- · Ensure workplace safety,quality standards, and contractual requirements are met.
- · Prepare project reports,progress updates, and documentation.
- · Lead and motivate projectteams to achieve project objectives.
- About you
- · Degree or Diploma in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- · Minimum 3–5 years ofrelevant experience in the construction industry.
- · Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
