Project Manager – IT & Digital Transformation

Industry: Government / Education Technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in IT or digital transformation environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile Project Management certification.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting standards.
• Drive successful project outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.
