Project Manager – 380kV BSP
Key Competencies:
Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of 380kV BSP projects, ensuring compliance with SEC requirements, project timelines, quality, safety, and budget.
SEC approved Project Manager is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution from mobilization to energization and handover.
- Manage project schedule, cost, resources, manpower, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SEC/NG-SEC standards, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Manage commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimization.
- Drive effective stakeholder management and client relationships.
- Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and final handover.
- Experience in EPC Substation Projects within Saudi Arabia.
- Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA, or major utility projects.
- Strong track record in delivering substation civil works safely, within budget, and on schedule.
- Immediate availability and transferable iqama will be an added advantage.
