Project Manager
Salary: Up to $160k p.a.
Reporting to a senior technology leader, you will take ownership of the delivery and coordination of a large-scale ERP implementation and associated business transformation activities.
It is a 3 year fixed term contract role offering $160,000 package.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership across a complex, cross-functional ERP transformation program
- Managing the ERP implementation using recognised project management methodologies and best practice
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, governance, risk, change control and reporting frameworks
- Facilitating business process re-engineering and ensuring new processes are documented, tested and embedded
- Leading technical and business subject matter experts within a matrix environment
- Overseeing software implementation, integrations, quality assurance and testing activities
To be successful, you will bring:
- Extensive project management experience within a large, complex corporate or government environment
- Demonstrated experience leading a large-scale software replacement or ERP implementation
- Strong experience evaluating and implementing complex Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Proven vendor and contract management capability, including the ability to hold delivery partners accountable
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of technical and business professionals
- Strong business process improvement and transformation capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
