Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction projects in Bali
Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on all job sites
Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are being met
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards
Keep accurate records of all construction activities, including progress reports, site photos, and project documentation
Manage project changes and variations, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and updated as necessary
Manage and mentor site staff, including project engineers, foremen, and laborers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, managing construction projects in Bali or a similar location
Experience in building penthouses and villas is highly preferred
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
