Lead building construction and renovation projects by managing teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead building construction and renovation projects from initiation to completion
• Direct company workers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals
• Develop detailed project timelines, revenue forecasts, and cost budgets for construction and renovation projects
• Monitor and control project timelines and costs to ensure adherence to planned schedules and budgets
• Conduct and lead project meetings with Owners, Consultants, and other stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues
