About the Role
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of telecommunications and infrastructure projects across New Zealand. Based in Auckland or Christchurch and involving regular travel, this role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to specification while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery within telecommunications or infrastructure environments, excellent commercial acumen, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from planning through to completion. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions while contributing to business growth and maintaining high standards of quality, and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
Achieve project deliverables (safety, on time, to cost, to specification) including the timely and accurate completion of all documentation
Perform effective project performance reporting including financial, time, quality, safety and utilisation for both external and internal stakeholders
Ensure project delivery is performed within the contractual commitments of each project including reporting, claims, notices and governance
Perform the effective management of project logistics activities including forecasting, ordering, tracking and efficient utilisation of warehouse space
Seek out and communicate business growth opportunities
Maximise the relationship between Broadtech and our staff, Broadtech and our clients
Submit quotes, bids and tenders as required
Maintain a strong understanding of contractual and commercial requirements and deliverables
Ensure compliance to our customers and other stakeholders Health & Safety, Environmental and Wellbeing requirements
Adhere to Broadtech Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies & Procedures, the Privacy Act and relevant statutory obligations.
