Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager (PM) — someone who will coordinate projects, manage designers and developers, and ensure smooth and professional communication with clients.

🎯 Who we are looking for:
A Project Manager who will:
Manage web, mobile, CRM, and SaaS projects from start to final delivery
Coordinate UI/UX designers, developers, and client communication
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards
Control timelines and budgets
Lead client calls, prepare structured meeting notes and summaries
Organize tasks, priorities, and workflows
Transfer projects smoothly between stages without losing context
Support internal processes when needed (CRM updates, tools management, content supervision)

🧠 What’s important:
Experience in project management (preferred but not mandatory)
Understanding of web and mobile development processes
English level: Intermediate or higher
Strong organizational skills
Clear and structured written and verbal communication
Experience with Notion / Google Docs / Trello / CRM tools
Ability to work independently and take responsibility

💸 Work Conditions:
Fully remote position
Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (Kyiv time), occasionally until 19:00 due to collaboration with USA clients
Dynamic workload (some days lighter, some heavier)
No micromanagement — we trust our team
Regular team sync meetings
3-month probation period (can be shorter based on performance)
KPI-based bonuses (project speed, client satisfaction, efficiency)
