Project Manager
Westerman, Inc., an employee-owned company, is a multiple site manufacturer of production and storage equipment within the oil, gas, and nuclear industries. Our equipment helps optimize well pad design, improve separation efficiency and lower overall equipment spend through high-performance surface separation and processing technology. Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.
SUMMARY
Project Managers have the responsibility of ensuring the company's projects are executed in a timely and profitable manner while maintaining customer satisfaction. Will provide guidance to the shops and engineering staff with respect to equipment design and fabrication requirements. Will work between cross-functional teams to execute specific tasks and timelines and provide high level insight and escalation to leadership. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a self-directed environment and should have a proven record of developing and leveraging strong working relationships to generate positive outcomes. The position reports to the General Manager or Operations Superintendent and is fully on-site.

- Lead transformation and operational readiness initiatives associated with the launch of a new manufacturing facility.
- Manage facility layout development in partnership with Engineering, including scaled pre-build drawings and final as-built documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams.
- Support CAPEX projects with a focus on operational improvements, productivity, and cost savings.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, action items, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Facilitate digital platform launches, implementation, employee training, and ongoing adoption.
