- Experience working with multiple external vendors to coordinate deliverables and managing expectations.
- Strong technical background in project management
- Track record of leading and managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and timelines
- Capable of rapid absorption of new subject matter across technical, business and market specific domains
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle
- Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities
- Must be mature, exercise good judgment, be a relationship builder, be decisive, and employ negotiation skills to influence and get the job done
- Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals

- 7+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules
- 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile Development tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of open source software platforms and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
