Responsibilities

· Ensure that project goes smoothly

· Ensure timely handling over of projects

· Ensure consistent quality adhered

· Ensure main contractor instructions are processed accordingly

· Minimum wastage of materials used

· Monthly claims process

· Look for new projects

Requirements

· Relevant experience

· Able to read and understand drawings

· Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

· Must be able to plan and schedule project

· Must be able to work out material requirement

· Can speak english

· Able to lead

· Independent with initiative

· Cost conscious

· Good inter-personal skills
