Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Full coordination of the EAST projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
- Preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource plans
- Ensuring effective collaboration between the involved departments
- Preparation of status reports and presentations on the project for management
- Independent handling of operational tasks, supporting daily operations
- Active participation in coordination activities and relieving management in decision-making
- Application of LEAN tools and methodology (process improvement, waste reduction, standardization)
- Identification of risks and deviations arising during the projects, development of solution proposals, and tracking of necessary actions
- Continuous improvement of operational and project processes, identification, and sharing of effective solutions within the team
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management (experience in a commercial environment is an advantage)
- High proficiency in the practical application of LEAN tools and methodology
- Confident, active English language skills both spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills, systemic thinking, and structured working style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in parallel
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, ability to work independently
- Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
