Project/Program Manager (US MNC Semiconductor)

Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance transformation projects from planning to implementation and value realisation.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, governance and success measures.
- Coordinate Finance, Procurement, IT and external vendors.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs and executive reporting.
- Ensure project outcomes align with Finance processes, controls and business objectives.
- Drive change management, communication, training, UAT and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of finance transformation, programme or project management experience.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of PTP/S2P, R2R, OTC and FP&A processes.
- Experience with process improvement, Finance systems and reporting platforms.
- Able to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrix organisation.
- PMP or equivalent certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
